What QRPayBD is

QRPayBD is software that helps online sellers confirm wallet payments. It reads payment-confirmation SMS on the seller's Android phone, matches them to orders, and tells the seller's store. It does not hold, receive, send or move money. It is not a bank, wallet or payment provider, and it is not affiliated with or endorsed by bKash, Nagad, Upay, Rocket or any bank.

Early access, free of charge

QRPayBD is in early access. It is free to use for now. We have not set prices, and we may add paid plans later. We will announce any change before it applies. Features can change or be removed, and some providers are not fully supported yet (see the Providers section on our home page).

Your account

Give us accurate details and keep your password and API keys secret. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us if you think it has been misused.

What you agree to

• Enter only wallet numbers and payment details that belong to you or that you are allowed to use.
• Use QRPayBD only on a phone you own or control, and only for messages you are entitled to read.
• Follow the terms of your wallet or bank, and the law. Providers may restrict business use of personal accounts, so check their terms yourself.
• Keep the shop phone on and connected. If it is off, confirmations are delayed.
• Check your wallet or bank yourself before you release goods or services that are high in value or that you cannot take back.

Limits of SMS-based confirmation

QRPayBD confirms payments by reading SMS and matching the TrxID and the exact amount. This is not an official wallet or bank API. Messages can be delayed, missed, reworded or, in some cases, forged, because the sender name of an SMS can be faked. Because of this, QRPayBD can mark an order paid when it should not, or fail to mark one that was paid. The decision to release goods or services is yours.

What we do not do

We are not a party to sales between you and your customers. We do not handle refunds, disputes, delivery or complaints, and we do not guarantee that a payment is genuine or will not be reversed.

Content on the payment page

The payment page shows text you provide, such as your shop name, notes and wallet number. You are responsible for it. Do not use it to mislead customers, to impersonate another business, or to collect money by deception. We may remove content or suspend an account that does.

Acceptable use

Do not use QRPayBD for fraud, to attack or overload the service, to get around limits, or to read messages that are not yours.

Availability

We work to keep the service running, but we do not promise it will always be available or error-free.

Suspension and ending

You can stop using QRPayBD at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost sales, missed or wrong confirmations, or other indirect losses. QRPayBD is provided as it is during early access. We do not promise that it will always be available or that every payment message will be recognised, so please confirm important payments in your own wallet or bank app before you deliver goods.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
